A gentle, festive yoga flow designed to help you unwind and reconnect during the busy season. The flow will incorporate soft stretches, mindful breathing, and slow transitions to invite a sense of calm and balance .

Cancellation Policy
All class bookings are final 24 hours before the scheduled start time. Cancellations or reschedules must be made at least 24 hours in advance. Unfortunately, no refunds or credits will be issued for cancellations made within 24 hours of the class. Thank you for understanding and respecting our time and space.
